How long do I have to wait before my song goes live?
It currently takes approximately 3 - 5 business days for any submitted material (songs and pictures) to be approved and go live on the Jango.com site. If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to let us know at airplay@jango.com.
I can't seem to log in! Where do I log in?
Please remember to log into your airplay account at http://airplay.jango.com - not the jango.com site. If you're still having problems, let us know at airplay@jango.com.
Can I communicate with fans on Jango?
Of course!
